Gospel For Gentiles [Hindu Devayalaya Paricharya]

We believe that God’s heart beats for every soul, and our vision is to lovingly guide templedevotees from darkness to light, from idols to the Living Christ, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6).

We want to see the love and light of Jesus Christ shine in the midst of Hindu devayalayas(temples), transforming the lives of seekers, worshippers, and communities with the truth of the Living God.

Our Journey in Hindu Devayalaya Paricharya

● 1989 – Under the leadership of Moses Ayyagaru, the vision to pray in Hindu temples
began with small steps of faith.

● 1995 – Ministry expanded to more villages and towns, with regular visits to temple
surroundings for prayer and gospel distribution.

● 2005 – Hundreds of temples were covered in prayer, with many opportunities to share
Christ’s love with seekers.

● 2015 – Prayer networks and discipleship groups began forming near temple regions,
strengthening the impact of the ministry.

● 2020 – Despite challenges, outreach continued faithfully, sowing seeds of the gospel in
unreached places.

● 2025 – Celebrating 35 years of God’s faithfulness, with hundreds of temples visited,
countless prayers lifted, and lives touched by the light of Christ.

Our mission is to

1. Pray for temples, priests, and devotees, interceding for God’s revelation.

2. Visit temple surroundings with compassion, not judgment, handout gospel tracts, Scripture, and testimonies.

3. Share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ in simple, respectful conversations.

4. Disciple those who respond, nurturing them in prayer and God’s Word.

5. Establish prayer cells and fellowship groups near temple regions for continuous gospel impact.

Scriptural Foundation

● “For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.” (2Corinthians 4:6)

● “People of Athens! I see that in every way you are very religious… what you worship as something unknown I am going to proclaim to you.” (Acts 17:22–23)

Our Prayer

That every Hindu devayalaya will become a mission field where the light of Christ is proclaimed,
where devotees encounter the true God, and where communities are set free by the power of
the gospel.
